Exercise Instructions
This alternate chest pushup exercise can be performed by having two medicine balls
in each hand in a pushup position. With your hips flat with your body (see picture)
lower your upper body as low as you can. This exercise requires a lot of upper body
stability muscles. This is an advanced chest exercise..

Summer News.

* So far this summer we had our very successful 7th Annual S.J. Sports Extravaganza
and Wellness Expo and now we are planning the 2nd Annual Philly Sports Extravaganza
and Wellness Expo.

* We are getting ready to expand the Studio for a complete boxing and kickboxing
program.
* Keely is getting ready to leave on her trip to Asia and Europe as a Student Ambassador
so thank you to all of those that donated and helped out.

Chicken with Lime Sauce
Create a quick and easy meal with this rich, tangy chicken recipe
This silky sauce coats the chicken with rich, tangy flavor. Substitute lemon if
you don't have a lime on hand. For a splash of color, garnish with chopped parsley
or chives.
Menu (serves 4)
Chicken with Lime Sauce
Cumin roasted potatoes
Preheat oven to 500°. Cut 2 large unpeeled baking potatoes into 1/2-inch slices.
Arrange slices on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Combine 1 tablespoon
extravirgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic,
1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper in a small bowl. Spoon mixture
over potato slices, tossing well to coat. Bake at 500° for 20 minutes or until done.
Green beans
Total time: 40 minutes 1. While oven preheats:· Cut potatoes, and coat with oil
mixture
2. While potatoes cook:· Cook chicken · Cook green beans
