How to Lose Upper Arm Fat
Oct 24, 2009Everyone has a time in their life when they become self conscious about that excess upper arm fat, and this can be true for men and women. At this point you have more than likely made the decision to lose this upper arm fat, but don't know where or how to start. Losing fat is something that occurs throughout your entire body when you choose to focus on one problem area, which for many people is a great incentive to create a new and healthy body and lose all their problem areas.
Weight loss requires a great deal of consistency and if you cannot maintain a healthy diet as well as a regular fitness routine of at least 3-5 times per week than it is unlikely that you will be able to lose this upper arm fat. You need to really want to lose this excess fat otherwise you will not have the will to continue when it may seem too hard or you have yet to see any results. It takes time to see results but with the proper diet to start you are well on your way.
Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day and nothing else. From here you want to include foods that are high in proteins and complex carbohydrates to help you burn even more calories during your workouts. Those no carb diets are dangerous and should never be followed.
Once you have your diet in order and then get working on those arms. Cardio is the fastest way to burn excess fat and the best way to get your heart rate up for the rest of your workout, so begin with 30minutes of cardio.
From this point you move straight to the bicep curls, triceps kickbacks and bench presses to begin forming and building muscle endurance throughout your entire arms and shoulders. Focusing on all three groups is the key to upper arm fat loss.
Continue working in this direction but focusing on each and every muscle group during your workout, always leaving a day to rest in between. This is how your muscles recover from the workout and are ready for more
