Join us this year at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel Memorial Day weekend and change your life for the better in just one weekend. The South Jersey Expo will be filled with free medial screenings, health services and merchandise such as sports and fitness related clothing, supplements, as well as games and competitions. The Sports Extravaganza will give audiences a taste of high caliber Martial Arts, Weight Lifting and Physique Competitions. We have added an Arnold Qualifier Arm Wrestling Tournament this year. The expo is free with a small fee for the separate competitions.

The main concourse entertainment includes Fitness and Nutrition Demonstrations, Contests, lifting competition, seminars, and many other demos.
